1. Introduction

This website and related services (“Services”) are operated by Peter Fisher (“I”, “me”, “my”).

Peter Fisher Coaching is currently operated as a personal project and is not yet registered as a sole trader or incorporated business. If and when business registration status changes, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

By accessing this website or purchasing any subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services provided

The website offers:

• Live online fitness classes (subscription)
• On-demand fitness video classes (subscription)
• Affiliate product links

Future services may include downloadable fitness plans, nutrition plans, calculators, mobile app access, blog content and recipes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

Participants aged 16–17 require parental consent. Under 16s must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

4. Health disclaimer and assumption of risk

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks including injury or illness.

By participating, you confirm:

• You are medically fit to exercise.
• You have consulted a healthcare professional where appropriate.
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

Peter Fisher shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, loss or damage arising from participation except where caused by negligence that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

5. Personal responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your workout space is safe and suitable. I am not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe environments or misuse of equipment.

6. Subscriptions

Available plans:

• Monthly recurring
• 6-month recurring
• Yearly recurring

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment card details are not stored by this website.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are permitted. Upon refund, subscription access will be cancelled immediately.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services. By accessing digital content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive this right once access begins.

9. Live class availability

Class schedules may change due to illness, holidays, or technical issues. Recorded alternatives may be provided where possible.

I am not responsible for internet failures or user technical issues.

10. Affiliate links

This website contains affiliate links. I may earn commission from qualifying purchases. You purchase directly from third-party retailers and their terms apply.

11. Intellectual property

All content including videos, plans, graphics and branding is owned by Peter Fisher.

Content is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share login details, or commercially exploit any material.
